Enterprise Navigator

Enterprise Navigator is an original methodology developed by TETRADE Consulting to support assignments in which strategy is defined and processes are reconfigured. This is the case when specifications are drawn up before ERP software is implemented or when preparing a Business Blueprint or on organization assignments in general.

The Enterprise Navigator consists of 5 sections:

  • Planning or identifying medium-term objectives;
  • Translating these objectives in terms of the business’s functions and identifying information requirements;
  • Make an inventory of existing “assets” which can be reused in the new systems being installed;
  • Process reconfiguration;
  • Putting the organizational structure in place.

The Enterprise Navigator is supported by the SADT analytical method (Structured Analysis & Design Techniques) and by a modeling tool, Workflow Modeler made by Metasoft.
